Lieutenant Colonel (retired) David K. Brown is our new Senior Army Instructor.  He recently retired with over 22 years of active duty service.  He is a combat veteran of Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm, where he served with the Second Armored Division in Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and Kuwait.

LTC (R) Brown commanded at the Company and Battalion level, and has served our country in South Korea, Honduras, Panama, Egypt, Germany, Guantanamo Bay Cuba, Italy, and Puerto Rico in addition to his tour in the Persian Gulf and assignments in the United States.

His awards and decorations include the Bronze Star Medal, five Meritorious Service Medals, three Army Commendation Medals, two Army Achievement Medals, the Expert Pistol Marksmanship Badge, and the Parachutist Badge.

LTC (R) Brown grew up here in South Florida, is a graduate of North Miami Senior High School and received his Bachelors Degree from the University of Florida.  He also holds two Masters Degrees.
